INSTRUCTIONS
Add 2–3 grams (about one teaspoon) of matcha powder to a bowl. Pour 70–80 ml of
warm water (not boiling) over it and whisk with a matcha whisk in an “M” motion until a
frothy layer forms. Enjoy your matcha warm or as part of a latte.
For a cold version, add the matcha powder to cold water or milk, whisk well or use a
shaker, and serve over ice for a refreshing drink.
