Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of beauty and skincare products in Qatar. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms

2. Products

All products sold are cosmetic or skincare items intended for external use only. Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Results may vary depending on skin type.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment is not authorized or if products are unavailable.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in QAR (Qatari Riyal) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways. Orders will be processed once payment is successfully confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within Qatar. Estimated delivery time: 1 working day in Doha, outside Doha. Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from delivery if the product is unused and sealed. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.

8. Product Safety

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies before use. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

10. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and delivery. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, logo, and text is the property of the company and cannot be used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

Any customer aged 18 or above shopping at Gaara Spa or Gaara Boutique can join — it’s free. You automatically become a member with your first purchase, no sign-up form needed. Each person can have one account only.

You earn 1 Point for every 1 QAR spent at full price. You do NOT earn points on promotions, flash sales, taxes, tips, service charges, gift card purchases, or any amount paid using previously redeemed points.

1 Point = 0.0295 QAR when used in-store. Points cannot be exchanged for cash — they work only as in-store credit. The point value may change in the future, and Gaara will always inform customers before any change takes effect.

Points can be used at Gaara Spa (treatments, massages, facials) or Gaara Boutique (products, gifts, accessories). A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem. You can use part of your points and keep the rest for later. Once redeemed, points cannot be reversed.

You do not earn points when purchasing items at promotional prices — only full-price purchases are eligible. However, you can still use your existing points during promotions, but during special promotions or seasonal events, double points may be required for redemption.

Points belong only to the account holder and cannot be shared, gifted, sold, or transferred. Any attempt to misuse or transfer points will result in account closure and loss of all points.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their points balance. Missing points will not be added later unless reported within 7 days of purchase. Any valid errors reported within this period will be corrected.

All points expire on 31 December 2026. After this date, any unused points will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Gaara may extend this expiry date and will notify customers in advance if any changes are made.

Any cheating, fraud, or misuse of the loyalty program — including fake purchases or use of another person’s account — will result in immediate account termination and cancellation of all points.

Gaara reserves the right to update, change, or stop the loyalty program at any time. Customers will be informed in advance of any changes. Continued use of the program after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
